Here are a few places on the web that offer additional PowerPoint templates or have lists of links to still other sites where templates are to be found. Some are free, some are Pay-Per-Play. Enjoy:

As you'd expect, Microsoft is a great source of templates. To coincide with the release of Office 2003, they've posted three template packs that include more than 120 of the templates from all versions since PowerPoint 4 for you to use with PowerPoint 2003.
To download these template packs:
- Template Pack 1 (A through E)
- Template Pack 2 (Q through Z)
- Template Pack 3 (E through P)
- We don't know why Q through Z comes before E through P. Intel Inside?
Each download page lists the templates that are included in the template pack.
If you can't find a template you're after there, try here as well. For some reason, MS hasn't included all the original templates in the packs above. Missing at MS but found at this link are:

PresentationLoad, based in Germany but with an English web site. NOTE: Another site, www.powerpointing.com, is accused of stealing and selling PresentationLoad's templates as their own. It would probalby be best to avoid them until the legal issues are settled.
