How to create HTML without frames
Strictly speaking, HTML from PowerPoint 2000 and 2002 always uses frames, but MSKB article Q237402 (and the companion article it links to re PowerPoint 2002) has a load of good tips for working around the problem, including a nifty way to start your presentation in fullscreen view.
