There's a group of friendly people who'll answer your questions and help solve your PowerPoint problems. All you need to do is ask your question in the PowerPoint newsgroup.
How do I find this newsgroup?
Windows users: If you use Windows Mail, Outlook Express or another program that can read newsgroups click here

BUT .... newsgroup messages don't always make it into the web view; since most answers to questions seem to come from newsgroup users, we don't recommend the web view.
Instead, point your browser to Google Groups, specifically: http://groups.google.com/group/microsoft.public.powerpoint/topics.

As with the Windows PowerPoint group, the web view is frequently broken, so for now we can't recommend using it.
Instead, use Google Groups: http://groups.google.com/group/microsoft.public.mac.office.powerpoint/topics.
Support for other Microsoft products
If you're looking for support for another MS product, try copying this into your browser and editing it a bit:
http://www.microsoft.com/office/community/en-us/default.mspx?dg=microsoft.public.PROGRAM-NAME
Substitute the name of the program you're interested in, all in lowercase letters (publisher, for example) in place of PROGRAM-NAME
