MS PhotoEditor disappears

Problem

You start MS PhotoEditor from Start, Programs. After a second or two, you see "Microsoft PhotoEditor" on the task bar but nothing happens when you click it. You can't make the program actually appear so you can work with it.

Solution

This can happen when you close PhotoEditor with even a little of its window off the left or top of your screen.

To fix it:

Congratulations! You have PhotoEditor back. Use the power wisely.

Another Solution

PhotoEditor may have been deleted when you upgraded Office or PowerPoint. In that case, see:
