Problem

You have colored text or graphics in your Excel worksheet but when you copy/paste it to PowerPoint, it gets converted to black and white.

Solution

The problem is probably that your default printer is a black and white printer.

Choose a color printer as your default printer driver before you copy/paste from Excel to PowerPoint.

Don't have a color printer? Don't worry about it. You just need to make Excel think you do.
