Excel content turns black and white (B&W), loses color when copy/pasted into PowerPoint
You have colored text or graphics in your Excel worksheet but when you copy/paste it to PowerPoint, it gets converted to black and white.
The problem is probably that your default printer is a black and white printer.
Choose a color printer as your default printer driver before you copy/paste from Excel to PowerPoint.
Don't have a color printer? Don't worry about it. You just need to make Excel
think you do.
To learn how to install a printer driver and select it as your default printer:
In Excel, hold the Shift key and choose Edit from the menu. "Copy" will have changed to "Copy picture".
In PowerPoint, use Edit - Paste special.
