You have XRite/I-One's color matching software installed. In order to do its job, it needs for you to select a color profile.
- On PowerPoint's main menu bar, click "Color Management" then "Setup"
- In the resulting Color Management Settings dialog box, choose Monitor and Projector profiles from the boxes provided.
- Click OK.
You should no longer see "Set profiles first" messages when starting PowerPoint.
