Create a Video grayed out
Problem
You want to create a video from your PowerPoint 2010 presentation. You choose File | Save & Send but the Create a Video button is grayed out. You can't create a video from PowerPoint 2010.
Solution
Some versions of Windows do not include Windows Media Player and other Windows media components that PowerPoint needs in order to save presentations as videos.
If you have Windows 7 N or KN, you can add the necessary components here:
Media Feature Pack for Windows 7 N with Service Pack 1 and Windows 7 KN with Service Pack 1 (KB968211)
For Windows Vista N or KN, or XP SP2, any version, install Windows Media Player 11 .
